Shipping Policy We charge actual shipping costs based on weight and destination zip code. Shabbyknapsack has accounts with USPS, UPS, and Fedex which enabling the carriers to provide real-time shipping quotes based on the selected product(s). Though the system defaults to the least expensive method of shipping, customers may elect alternate shipping options at a greater expense. All shipping quotes include insurance to be provided via the selected carrier. When an order has been confirmed, Shabbyknapsack will ship the item(s) within 1-3 days of receipt.
Return Policy If a Shabbyknapsack product is defective, return it to Shabbyknapsack along with the original packaging and documentation. After receiving the returned item(s), Shabbyknapsack will issue a credit including return shipping (credit/debit card, store credit, or exchange).
If the item(s) received were damaged in transit, a claim must be filed with the carrier (USPS, UPS, Fedex).
